Interview | Episode 01
How did you join the company?
I went to theater club. In club activites where everyone collaborates on production (e.g. scripts, costumes, sound, lighting). We also made props for the production. During that time, I thought it was fun to plan and have purpose of making everyone's
ideas and thoughts into reality. That's why I went to a vocational school in Nagoya where I can learn about product planning. When I started job hunting, I couldn't find a company that could do everything from planning
to production, so I expanded my job hunting to Tokyo and met DaiichiKobo.
Interview | Episode 02
What is a job / company for you?
I originally liked watching and participating in events. I was involved in a movie commemorative event for an internship. I changed my standpoint from a customer to a backstage standpoint, watching the flow rapidly get intense and finishing the venue.
I was dazzled by it and thought "That was so cool!" I started with small boxes at first, and now I can do things little by little. I want to catch up with my seniors as soon as possible and be able to do my job
quickly.
Interview | Episode 03
What are your future goals?
A senior who works quickly can create a complex product in about two days. In case of a newcomer, it takes a long time even for simple tasks. Now, about half a year has passed since I started working, but my seniors are kind and polite even to me who
still has little experience. My goal is to quickly and completely learn the construction part of the site I am in charge of, and make perfects products at high speed with my own power.
